Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002, Education Authority has a statutory obligation to ensure that all employees are provided with suitable and sufficient information, instruction and training in order to safeguard themselves and other employees against exposure to Legionella.
