The Organisational Development and Learning Team can support your development journey from the moment you begin your career with the Education Authority to the end of your career. Our support includes   

  • Regular bitesize training,
  • Leadership and management training, and
  • Bespoke consultancy support.

Our four core areas for career development are: 

  • The Individual: We will support you with our range of learning and development opportunities which includes:

    • Coaching
  • The Manager: We support you through our Game Changing People Programmes designed especially for managers at all levels alongside a range of learning and development opportunities which includes:
    • Induction
    • Leadership and Management
    • Staff Performance Management Process
  • The Team: We will support teams through our new consultancy approach which provides  bespoke support for individual teams.
  • The Organisation: Through our people plan we will engage and support you.
