Education Authority have a statutory obligation to provide Health and Safety training under the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978. Employees also have duties under this legislation to exercise personal care and attention for the safety of themselves and others, and to co-operate with EA in the completion of this training. All staff are therefore required to read and understand the below Health and Safety Handbook. Please note that in order to register as having successfully completed this training, you must fill out and submit the 'Confirmation of Training Completion - Basic Health & Safety' form located below.
Basic Health and Safety Awareness Training
This training should take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
