EA One is the Education Authority’s integrated Oracle system for HR, Payroll, iProcurement and Finance. The system aims to makes processes more efficient, enhances end user experience and deliver improved reporting capabilities.
EA One integrates the following features through one system:
- An integrated finance solution and single point of access for procurement. Supporting users to submit requisitions, process invoices, access finance reports; and
- An integrated HR & Payroll system providing a single digital platform for online recruitment, processing timecards and providing self-service functionality for staff to submit annual leave requests, update personal details, access payslips and record absences
EA One is available for all EA Corporate Staff, and all Non-Teaching Staff in the EA as well all Teaching staff paid by the Department of Education across both Permanent Teachers and Temporary Teachers.
