Introduction to Equality training covers the EA statutory equality duty to ensure ‘equality of opportunity’ under Section 75 of the NI Act 1998. The aim of this training is to provide an overview of the equality duty, an introduction to some of the important equality documents and finally a broader understanding of the work of the Equality and Diversity unit.
This training should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
